If you are one of those who tend to face rejection and want to enhance your writing skills, then congrats you are at the right place.

Ultimate Guide

In today’s ultimate guide, we will show you some tips that can help you to enhance your writing skills. So, without wasting your time, let’s get started!

5 Useful Tips for Students to Enhance Their Writing Skills

Here are five useful tips that can help students to perform well in writing. Follow them if you are weak at English and want to get high grades with exceptional writing skills.

1. Build a Habit of Reading

If you want to improve your writing skills, then the perfect way is to build a habit of reading at least one article a day.

You might be thinking about the connection between reading and writing. Reading can help in finding new ideas to write content. Moreover, it can also help enhance vocabulary and grammar.

Reading content enables you to select the right content tone according to its sensitivity. Moreover, you will learn the difference between formal and informal ways of writing.

You will also become able to place the appropriate words in the right places.

So, if you want to improve your writing skills, you should build a habit of reading. Make newspapers and magazines your best friends because you will find both formal and informal content in them.

2. Doing Appropriate Research

Research is an integral part of writing. Doing proper research will help you to go to the main pillars of a topic.

Moreover, you can outline the whole article in your mind while doing the research. Without research, you may skip some important points that were necessary to be discussed.

For conducting appropriate research, you can take help from Google, books, article, research papers, etc. You may also ask your librarian to suggest books according to your topic. Moreover, you can also take help from Google Scholar. It is a dedicated search engine for researchers with only blogs and research papers over there.

Try to collect important information from various sources but make sure always trust only credible sources whether it is a blog or a book.

3. Write Regularly on Your Favorite Topic

We often hear that “practice makes a man perfect.” Even if you ask professional writers, they'll also say that practicing is the best way to enhance your writing skills.

Therefore, as a student, you should write at least an article daily after proper research. You might be thinking that writing daily is a very hectic task to improve writing skills but after knowing its benefits, you will be more than happy to do so. So, here are some pros of practicing content writing.

  • It Makes You Disciplined: By building a habit of daily writing, youwill find yourself more disciplined. Practice and discipline go hand to hand with each other. The more youpractice, the more you can enhance your writing skills. Moreover, it will increase your writing speed and makes you committed to deadlines.
  • It Helps in Improving Your Mistakes: Writing habits will help you to learn from your mistakes. Whenever you notice mistakes in your writing, correct them and try not to make them again.
  • It Expands Your Vocabulary: Reading and researching help you find new words to increase the word bank whereas practicing helps to choose and adjust those words in the right place.

4. Learn to Detect and Remove Plagiarism

After reading, researching, and writing content you should check for plagiarism in it. Plagiarism has become very common in academic writing due to similar topics being assigned to students for years.
Plagiarism can be very dangerous for students, their assignments and research papers may get rejected or they may even get failed in a particular subject.

Therefore, as a student, you should not take risks. Always check the originality of your work by using a free plagiarism checker. It can provide you with accurate results using advanced search features.

A plagiarism checker will match your content with thousands of content pieces available online including articles, books, research papers, etc.

Plagiarism Checker

As a student, we know that you can’t afford to pay for plagiarism checks. Therefore, we suggest you use a free plagiarism checker.

It can also give you the exact percentage of plagiarism with source details similar to a paid plagiarism checking tool.

In case of plagiarism removal, you can cite the plagiarized text, reword it manually or use some paraphrasing tool, change the sentence structure, change the active to passive or vice versa, etc.
Once you’re done revamping the content, check it again with a free plagiarism checker to ensure originality.

5. Get Your Content Proofread

Proofreading is the last and most essential phase in writing because well-written content can lose its value due to a few grammatical mistakes.

When you have done your writing, reread your content twice before submitting it. This will help you detect irregular sentences, misspelled words, content flow issues, and misused punctuation marks.
You can ask your friend or teacher with an exceptional grasp of the English language to proofread your content. Also, ask them for suggestions and do implement if any. Proofreading will help you make an even better version of the content.

Conclusion

In this guide, we have listed the ways that can help you enhance your writing skills. As a student, following the aforementioned guide can really make your writing skills top-notch. The first thing you need to do is start reading and writing content daily.

Secondly, always perform a plagiarism check on your written content and eliminate copied text if found.

At last, get your content proofread by a native speaker or a person with a good language grip. Hope you find this post worthy!

Some children shine in school, while others only get an average.. Why? Is it something to do with intelligence, or is it a genetic issue? To illustrate these points, here are the experts on your child's development from birth to school.

The first education that a child receives is between his 6-18 months, specifically with regard to coordinating his movements and learning language, and at this age also, he develops a desire to learn, which is a very important factor, but the environment that cares for the child must be fully aware of things . Here are some questions:

The walking skill of some children develops better than others, while the language grows in others, but the child collects all the skills at the age of 5-6 years. Is this why writing, reading, and arithmetic skills don't start earlier?

Not learning to read before the six years is only related to what he learned before, for this reason, the child does not enter school before a certain age... Even if the nursery school appeared years ago, the change did not happen. However, scientists insist that the child can learn a second language from the third year of age, but without making any progress at the level of educational systems.

The child exercises a certain focus on one of his senses.. How do the teachers of the first grades view this matter?
Scientists say that this has not been proven until these days.

What are the things to focus on to teach something to the child?

Attention must be paid to his desire, personality, worldview, fears and anxieties... In order to be able to focus on these factors, teachers must have some psychological and philosophical expertise, and this applies even to parents, otherwise mistakes will multiply.

How is a child's personality profile determined?

The first thing to do is to start letting him mess around on his own, so he can get used to and acclimatize after a while and enjoy his own style. For example, teachers can ask him about his summer vacation, from what perspective he sees it, and what is stuck in his senses from it? Does he say certain words? Hence, the teacher builds his start with the student.

Are there ways to educate the child according to his personality?

There are no specific means, but the distinguished child, for example, his teachers and teachers should not focus on his academic intelligence only, but should support him with physical activities, so that he does not suffer from delays in other places, or certain behavioural problems.

When I tried to find out the reason for choosing a science career, I really got a chance to see myself as a student. Gradually, it became clear that these were a seemingly irrelevant event rather than a special occasion, which helped me choose my scientific career, which is a source of joy to me today.

Unlike writing a scientific book or paper where an experimental sketch and the resulting results are estimated, it will depend on my memory and a few important events as to what factors were at work in choosing science as a career. It cannot be said whether it was my natural inclination towards biological sciences or the result of the efforts of my teachers and mentors because I have always excelled in the subject of biology.

Completing the National Scientific Talent Scholarship after high school was a turning point in my career. Through this merit scholarship, the Government of India nurtures future scientists. The most important memory of this scholarship was my project report which I applied for. The topic of my interest and research today is the interconnection of nerves in the immune system. And when I look back, I feel. It is thanks to this scholarship that I am serving in the field of science today.

(Strong Council for Educational Research and Training) NCERT

The Science Scholarship offered by the University is for students who have basic scientific aptitude and innate ability to prepare a consignment of future scientists. I strongly feel that this opportunity proved to be an important turning point in my dreams and aspirations ۔ Such programs by the government can lead to science and discovery of the universe in the next generation. Thanks to the scholarship program, I got the opportunity to choose the best college and get a degree under the auspices of competent scientists. One of the colleagues had to choose the article that was available to them.

Now the question is why did I become a scientist? While solving difficult problems in the universe is an important stimulus in itself, the opportunity to understand the working process of medical and biological patterns is one of the many blessings that a scientist receives. Change has also been an important stimulus for me as it actually helps restore a person's health. The discovery of thinking and understanding was an important thing that brought me to a place today where every moment is an opportunity to challenge, invent and solve scientific problems. As a scientist, a person can be as curious as a child and ask childish questions. But the head can tune.

During graduation, I focused on the mechanisms of progressive reproductive immunology and the translation work that takes place in this field, with the aim of developing a contraceptive vaccine that could play an important role in controlling the country's population. I realized that where my goals are lofty, achieving them is nothing less than a gamble. Today, as I look at graduate college and education at the time, some important memories emerge. It was then that I understood the reality of scientific discovery and learned the lessons from any successful or unsuccessful experiment.

The experience of scientific education taught in the school and the desire to change its present form has always been in my mind as I have taught at the medical school and graduation level in the university. As a teacher, I am very happy. Happiness is when I raise questions while teaching as I go on stating some facts. I feel that my students learn only when they actively participate in the teaching process themselves, prepare scientific experiments or different Test the scientific samples with questions. The purpose is that if my memory is correct, the teaching in the school would be such that the students would be provided with some information directly in the hope that they would memorize this information orally in the expected examinations. Rarely has it been emphasized that the real concept of knowledge is understood and that questions lead to the bottom of scientific theory. In this way, questions were raised on asking questions, but the number of active question and answer sessions was less and they were limited to review only.

My personal feeling is that laboratory experiments in high school (whether in chemistry or physics and biology) actually lead to technical and problem-solving abilities. By using the methods of learning through such experiments and By spending more time on them, we can understand the intricacies of science and attract more and more young people to science education. Rather, a collection of other book resources is readily available. A system should be put in place to allow students to read material before class and to have intellectual discussions in the classroom. Students should be given adequate time so that they can Be fully integrated and have the opportunity to think in the classroom and reflect on the eight aspects of knowledge.

I believe that if such classrooms come into being, there will be a real educational revolution, students will become lifelong learners and problem solvers. It will also mean spending money on teachers in our country. Should be done. Teachers who are very talented. Those who teach the new generation in such a way that understanding, thinking and intellect are instilled in the students and with the help of which we can dream of a better future.

Because of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, teaching and examinations of all educational institutions including universities, schools and colleges have been suspended. All the educational establishments have come to a standstill. Thousands of students around the world are under home quarantine today. What do students need to do to address this push? The following is an important piece of advice from Digital Study Center.

What students should do during Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Call at the Creator:

It is very difficult to retain the mental strength of the students in the current situation. One day we will all have to leave this world. Even if we are saved from the coronavirus, we will not survive forever. Believers can never forget the Creator under any circumstances. So we must call on our Creator to give us good. He alone can save us from this epidemic.
May we be freed from the coronavirus and pray for a more beautiful world than ever before.

Creating opportunities for Learning Online:

While it is not safe to attend educational institutions in the event of a coronavirus epidemic, the big solution is to continue this trend of education using information technology. It is important to ensure the continuity of the education system in these difficult times. Distance learning should be widely used in the developed world. In order to make the online education system more effective, it is necessary to identify the weak points and take steps to solve them.

Study regularly:

Since there is no opportunity to study in an educational institution, one has to pay more attention to regular study at home than before. Those students whose exams have been postponed or who were supposed to take exams, need to study with more importance. Time is not always the same. One time everything will be fine. Then the test will be taken soon. Those who neglect the time of home quarantine will not be able to get good results in the test in a short time of preparation. If the current exam is bad because of your personal problem, it is not a consideration in future job exam. No job in the future will consider it on the Viba board, your results were worse due to the coronavirus epidemic. Because in good times no one remembers bad situations.

Don't waste, be thrifty:

Don't do it in one day, next time our world, society will not be like before. The whole world will fall into economic recession. All of you have to suffer the effects of which.

By worrying about the next economic situation try to save money daily. A student may not earn, but can save by controlling his or her expenses if he or she wishes. Concentrate on saving by controlling extra mobile bills, internet bills, breakfast bills, fancy things. The cost of traveling to your educational institution to stay at home quarantine is not being spent on an outdoor chat. If you wish, you can save good money later with a little saving every day.

Come to Learn, Go to Serve!
Considering the situation, many may not be getting the right teacher. We help students study online for free with notes, suggestions, and advice. If you have trouble understanding something, please let us know. We will sincerely try to make your lesson enjoyable.

* The baby should be given plenty of water and fibrous food. Drugs may be given to soften the tight stool.
* If there is no stool, then you have to take a general enema to the doctor. Glycerin suppositories can be given at home. This suppository can be given after consuming one to two teaspoons of methyl cellulose.
If there is fissure in the anus, it should be treated. Consult a pediatric psychiatrist if child have any mental problems.
If these treatments fail, it should be assumed that the child has Hirschsprung disease. In this case, there is no para-sympathetic ganglionic cell when the biopsy is performed from the anus. The disease is usually caught in 80 percent of the first month of birth and 95 percent in the first year. Symptoms include stomach bloating, vomiting, constipation, loss of appetite, and yellow vomiting.
X-rays will show gas and feces in the stomach. The presence of gas in the rectal ampule means Hirschsprung disease. It has to be treated by operation. So if the child is constipated, do not neglect to consult a pediatrician. Keep your child healthy.

For many students, writing can be a complex skill to master, but one that’s necessary in order to successfully go through college. Almost everything is based on writing during your school years, and a student who has good skills in writing can do better in many areas - including essay writing.

You’ve probably already been told to be able to express wonderful ideas in essay writing, but that it needs a bit of polishing. Whether you want to boost your grades or just want to improve your skills in essay writing, the following basic writing tips are your stepping-stone towards becoming a great essayist.

Source: pixabay.com

Tip #1: Prepare an outline.

Before you even think about writing your essay, make sure to do your research on the assigned topic. This way, you can capture all the main points of an argument.
  • Include all evidence and facts in order to effectively structure the points you want to hit.
  • Make sure the outline you create will be the same as your final essay.
  • Follow the traditional five-paragraph essay structure (introduction, three paragraphs for the body, and a conclusion).

Tip #2: Follow the traditional structure.

Once you’ve completed your outline, it’s time to start writing your essay.

In the introduction, you must include your thesis statement. This states the main point of your essay, which includes strong examples and images that will captivate and pull your reader in. But instead of just acting as a summary for your topic, a thesis statement should:
  • present the main idea and compel your audience to keep reading;
  • present a strong argument instead of simply stating facts;
  • be one sentence long and should be able to back up your statement in the body of your essay.
Your strongest points must support your thesis statement, which will go in the first and second paragraphs in the body of your essay. The second strongest points will go in the third paragraph.

For the conclusion, you need to restate your thesis, include a summary of what the audience just read, as well as information that will mark the end of your essay.

Tip #3: Use active voice.

Spruce up your essay by writing in the active voice. This simply means that the subject of the sentence is performing the action, and not receiving it. Below is an example:

Active:
Harry ate the apple.

Passive:
The apple was eaten by Harry.

Sometimes, you might forget you’re already writing in the passive voice. To avoid this, just look for the verb ‘to be’ (is, are, was, were, am, be, being, been), often followed by a past participle (i.e. a verb ending with ‘-ed’). And then, ask yourself who’s performing the action (verb). Simply move the subject in front of the verb and make changes to the grammar, if necessary.

Tip #4: Proofread and edit your work.

Now that you’re done writing your essay, it’s time to put some finishing touches: Proofread and edit your paper whenever necessary.

Read each sentence and try to find grammar and spelling mistakes. Then, read it aloud to check how it sounds. Does everything flow nicely? Is every sentence relevant and engaging? Is it too wordy? Did I write it in active voice?

If you think these seem like a lot to remember, well you’re probably right. You can have a friend read it to you and give you pointers. Or if you need more help along the way, you can turn to an expert essayist. There are a lot of essay writing service reviews out there that you can refer to for help.

Lastly, don’t be afraid to rewrite some parts of your paper, especially if they’re not as strong or compelling as you’d like them to be. It takes a lot of work and refinement to create a winning essay but soon enough, you’ll have the confidence to turn in a paper that will show how much your essay writing skills has improved.

Tip #5: Avoid repetition.

Yes, it can be difficult to write a 1000-word essay on a single idea, but avoiding repetition is key to improving your essay writing skills. Here are ways to avoid repetitive words/phrases and wordiness in your essay:
  • If you need to keep the idea, try to replace it with a similar word or phrase. This could mean replacing a pronoun for a name (i.e. ‘she’ instead of ‘Anne’) or other alternatives.
  • Use the thesaurus only to recap words you already know. Avoid choosing unfamiliar words just to sound good. Sometimes, this hurts your essay more than the original repetition.
  • This can be a bit difficult, but usually the most effective: Start by underlining the repetitive word or phrase. Then, circle the keywords in a sentence. And then, try to create a new sentence with the encircled words, but one that doesn’t include repetitions. You may have to add more ideas around this new sentence, but this has been proven time and again to help improve the overall quality of an essay.

The Chief Inspector of Schools says parents should make sure their children do their homework. But how to do it without making them hate you? Rosie Millard explains

How to make your children do their homework

Boys (and girls) creeping to school with satchels full of homework. Shakespeare knew about it, and boy, do our children know about it. And now, here's that Sir Michael Wilshaw bending his cane and telling parents that we should be fined if we don't ensure our offspring get it done.

Every night Sir Michael, the Chief Inspector of Schools, is on the warpath about "bad parents" – especially, he says, white, working-class ones – who can't be bothered to read with their children or turn up for their parents' evenings, and allow them to skip their homework.

Well, Sir Michael, I do have a bit of a love/hate thing with homework going on. I hate it when my children don't do it, and I love doing it for them. Indeed, my son once achieved the highest-ever grade for a Year 7 project when he handed in what I have to say was a superb piece of work on Andy Warhol. A folder devoted to the artist, complete with timeline, famous sayings, poems, drawings, postcards, even a reference to David Bowie's seminal song on the artist from his album Hunky Dory. What a joy it was to see that A++ mark on the bottom, in red ink. But then, as arts correspondent for the BBC at the time, I deserved nothing less.

But, Sir Michael, I have seen the error of my ways. I no longer do my children's homework for them. Do I insist they do it, however? You bet I do. Nag, nag, nag. That's me. I will never get the Wilshaw penalty. "Have you done your homework yet? No, you can't watch The Simpsons/How I Met Your Mother, not until you have done your homework." My latest ruse is bribery with Panini Brazil World Cup stickers. Two if you eat your supper, four if you do your homework. Needs must, Sir Michael. Actually, I am very grateful for the Brazil time zone at the moment, because the late kick-off times give the perfect hiatus for, yes, our old friend… homework.

I think it is my duty to be a right pain in the backside about homework to my lot, two of whom are at secondary school and thus have backpacks full of the stuff, and two who are at primary school (and thus have hardly any, bar the odd spelling test, but you wait). It's not just because they will get detentions if homework is not completed. Getting your children to do homework is part of the parenting deal. Got to be. It's quite easy to be bright and switched on in class, where promptings from the teacher or peers can help a child along. It's a bit tougher, however, to carry on the subject at home alone. But that's the only way you are going to learn. Hours and hours of doing and redoing work at your desk, or the kitchen table, or the sitting-room floor (I don't really care where it takes place, as long as the television is off). There is a lot to learn, but learn it they must, otherwise your sprog is never going to soar over the plentiful hurdles that the modern-day British child is obliged to face during his or her 13-year school stint. And then there's university, and the rest. The discipline of sitting down and doing homework is a valuable lesson, since it never really goes away. It is an unfashionable truth, but if you do your homework the night before, the day job goes a lot easier.

Knowing this, and knowing that the default position of the average British child is one that usually suffers a strong gravitational pull towards Facebook or the iPod, parents or carers simply need to put up with the homework parrot on their shoulder squawking, "Have you done it yet?" every weekday night of the year. Otherwise, we will have Sir Michael on our backs, squawking in turn at us and hitting us where it hurts, namely our pockets. And we don't want that, class of Mum and Dad, do we?
