With good communication skills between work colleagues, work will be easier to do and produce even better output. Then what is good communication like?

First, speak in clear sentences. When speaking, don't use sentences that confuse people or sentences that have multiple meanings. Say it in a straightforward and clear sentence. That way, your interlocutors can know and understand the message you are conveying. Good communication can also avoid misunderstandings between colleagues.

Second, be a good listener. Don't let you cut the conversation because you can't wait to reply to your colleague's conversation. Try to listen and understand your colleagues' conversations carefully, so that your colleagues feel valued.

Third, open thinking. This will help you to understand the wider problem. Try not to put prejudices or assumptions too early so that the message conveyed to you is not biased by your own thoughts.

02. Critical Thinking

Critical thinking is the ability to think constructively (constructively) which is used to find solutions to existing problems.

Critical thinking includes the formation of logical and reasonable judgments as a strong foundation for taking action, so that you do not just accept the assessment without thinking. There must be validity underlying the assessment, so that the decisions taken will not spoil other plans.

In critical thinking, you are required to have good analytical, synthesis, and evaluation skills to digest information obtained from observation, experience, or communication. You can start asking things like, where does this information come from, is this information credible, whether this information was generated based on concrete evidence or just instinct.

You can practice critical thinking by looking for issues that interest you, then try to identify and evaluate problems in the issues you choose. After that, you can look for logical relationships in each of the arguments that are put forward.

Next, identify whether there are inconsistencies in the arguments stated, if so try to solve the problem systematically and measure how relevant or important the arguments are.

Problem Solving Ability is Very Important to Work (Source: successunlimited-mantra.com) Problems will always occur wherever you are, including at work. An employee must be required to be able to solve problems effectively and quickly, both individually and in groups.

To be able to solve a problem, the first thing you can do is try to identify the existing problem. Next, find as much information as possible about the existing problem, such as what causes this problem to occur, why does this problem only occur at certain times, is there any data or information that can support the occurrence of this problem.

By looking for as much information as possible, it will be easier for you to analyze the existing problems. This can make it easier for you to find the right solution. You can brainstorm with friends or colleagues to find some alternative solutions to a problem.

After finding several solutions, evaluate the solutions. Either this solution adds more cost or is there another barrier that could prevent the solution from being implemented.

If you have evaluated all the good and bad considerations, then the next thing you can do is implement the solution. Don't forget that after implementing it, you also have to measure the effectiveness of the solution when it is run.
