School Admission Notification 2023: Secondary School Application Form Filling Begins

The Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (MAUSHI) has decided the date of admission application for public and private secondary education institutions. The admission application of the school has started from November 16. Application Fee =110/- Tk.

The Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (MAUSHI) has started the admission process for all public and private secondary schools in the country for the academic year 2023.

In the admission notification published on 14 November 2022 AD, the admission application schedule, application fee and application rules have been published.

This has been confirmed in a circular signed by Mohammad Aziz Uddin, Deputy Director of Education Department and Member Secretary of Dhaka Metropolitan Government Secondary School Admission Committee.

Online application for admission of all secondary government schools of the country, private schools located in the district headquarters has started from November 16. Applications will be accepted till December 6.

As always, this time also online admission application will be accepted. After receiving applications, students will be selected for admission through online lottery.

As always, the admission test is not being held this year. Online application can be made for admission only. School admission form is not available.

Rules for filling the Web Application Form:

1. You can fill the application form by browsing https://gsa.teletalk.com.bd website
2. As per the instructions of the online application form, the candidate will fill all the details Students applying for quota must mention quota otherwise quota will not be considered.
3. In the online application form, the candidate will scan his color photograph (length 300 X width 300 pixels) and upload it in JPEG format at the designated place.
4. After completing the online application form and submitting the application form according to the instructions, the application preview with the image can be seen on the computer. Candidates will get Applicant's copy with photo with a User ID after submitting the application form accurately
5. Candidates should keep a print or download copy of the online filled application form as a reference for any examination related requirements
6. As the information provided in the online application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself must be 100% sure about the correctness of all the information provided before sending the application.

Rules for Payment of Application Fee through SMS:

1. Using the User ID number obtained in the applicant's copy, the candidate will send 02 (two) SMS from any Teletalk Pre-paid mobile number in the following manner and deposit Rs.110/- for each application within the next 48 (forty eight) hours.
2. First SMS: GSA<space>User ID (obtained from Web Application) should be written and sent to 16222. Example: Write GSA<space>ABCDEF and send to 16222. A PIN number along with the student's name will be available in the return SMS Which should be used to send the second SMS
3. Second SMS: Write GSA<space>Yes<space>PIN (obtained from first SMS) to 16222. Example: GSA<space>Yes <space>123456 should be written and sent to 16222.
4. After successful application and payment of application fee, the admit card must be collected from the https://gsa.teletalk.com.bd website using the User ID and Password sent in the second SMS. Students must produce this admit card at the time of appearing in the written examination

NOTE:

• It is specially noted here that even if all parts of the application form are submitted online, the online application form will not be accepted in any case until the examination fee is submitted.
• Reserve a Teletalk Prepaid SIM to complete the process yourself without relying on others to perform the school admission process and collect data related to it.
• All communication related to the examination will be done on the mobile phone given by the candidate in the online application form, so it is recommended to keep the number active all the time and follow the instructions received immediately.

User ID and PIN Recovery Method:

Candidates can retrieve their User ID and PIN by following the below mentioned SMS procedure from Cable Teletalk pre-paid mobile phone.

1. If User ID is known: GSA<space>Help<space>User<space>User ID & send to 16222. Example: GSA Help User ABCDEF & send to 16222
2. If PIN Number is known: GSA<space>Help<space>PIN<space>PIN No & send to 16222. Example: GSA Help PIN 1234567 & send to 16222
