The aim of this Course is to improve the basic language abilities of the students so that they can better understand appreciate and enjoy Literature Course.

1. Grammar: (i) Clauses and sentence structures (ii) Syntax/corrections (iii) Sequence of Tenses, (iv) Phrases and Idioms, (v) Prepositions, (vi) Articles, (vii) Voice, (viii) Synonyms and Antonyms, (ix) Punctuation
2. Unseen passage: (i) Comprehension Questions, (ii) Changing Words, (iii) Completing, (iv) Phrases and Idioms, (v) Precise/Summary, (vi) Techniques of Paragraph Writing, (vii) Using Linkers/discourse markers.
