Evening Masters (EMSS) Course Admission Notification

The admission process for the two year/ one year (Applicable to candidates with honours degree in relevant subject) evening masters (EMSS) course is going to start in January, 2023 batch in the departments of Economics, Political Science, Social Work, Sociology, Mass Communication and Journalism, Information Science and Library Management, Public Administration and Folklore.

EMSS Admission Eligibility:

A bachelor degree or its equivalent in any field including engineering, agriculture and medicine is the minimum educational requirement. The minimum qualifying points for being eligible to apply is 6 (six), calculated on the following basis with no more than one-third division/class in any public examinations.

Or,

The students passed in traditional system (division/ class system) the minimum qualifying points for being eligible to apply is 5 (Five), calculated on the following basis with no more than two third division/ class in any public examinations.

Last date of submission of initial application form for admission in respective department is 31/12/2022 and admission is from 07/01/2023 to 21/01/2023.
